Kassy began her career in the printing industry in 1986. Over the span of her 30 year career, she has worked in every department of the print shop. This makes for a very well rounded knowledge of printing, bindery, graphics, copies etc. In 1991 she came to San Diego to run the Sir Speedy Printing Center-Miramar and remained there as general manager for 23 years before launching The Printing Pros.

The printing industry has changed dramatically over the past twenty years making the need for a knowledgeable representative to provide solutions and service professional accounts very hard to find. She is very well rounded but her strongest skill is customer service and she enjoys helping customers get what they need and be their best. In her years at Sir Speedy the customer base grew in the property management field through referrals from happy customers that worked with Kassy. She understands the challenges of the property management industry and works closely with marketing, management and the properties directly.
